Elite Contracting Group (Elite) will be continuing our support of the Intelligent Transportation Systems of Virginia (ITSVA) Annual Conference & Exposition on July 16 and 17th . The ITSVA works collectively with state, county and local governments to make the best use of transportation technologies, and serves as a forum and network for its public and private sector members to share information, ideas and experiences for Virginia’s transportation system.
